Our Classic 3 Bed Duplex Apartment can fulfil these dreams while also serving as the ideal home away from home. Our accommodation is stylishly decorated, with room sizes starting at 9.7-10.4m² and plenty of natural light. It truly elevates the student experience. Our three-bedroom duplexes include one premium room on the ground floor and two regular duplex rooms upstairs. There is a toilet on the ground floor, and another is conveniently located on the upper floor between the bedrooms. Each private room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed, Samsung TV, air conditioner, study area, safe, and plenty of storage, making it the ideal space for both work and relaxation. A communal kitchen is shared by 12 students in the complex and is a great place to socialise with your flatmates; additional benefits include professional regular cleaning! In the evening, make friends in our on-site games room or see the latest blockbuster in the private cinema.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
