These rooms offer 12-13.2m² of well-designed space and include a comfortable double bed, a dedicated study area with a desk and chair, and ample storage, including a personal safe for valuables. Relax with your own television and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and modern student environment. The private en-suite bathroom adds extra convenience, while the shared kitchen, which includes regular cleans, offers a great space to socialise and cook with friends.

Depending on availability, yes. Speak to your site team as early as possible to arrange an extension.

Closer to your move-out date, we’ll send you a step-by-step guide. You’ll need to return your keys and leave your room as you found it.

For safety reasons, we don’t allow candles, incense burners, deep fat fryers, or any electrical items that don’t meet UK safety standards E-scooters and similar alternatives aren’t permitted on-site either. Please leave these at home.

Your room will be a blank canvas, ready for you to make it your own.

We carry out room inspections three times a year, along with any occasional health & safety checks. Please don’t worry, we will always give you at least 24 hours’ notice before we need to enter your room.
