Our Classic en-suite rooms, located on floors 1-4, provide an excellent balance of privacy and social living. These rooms offer 12.3-13.7m² of space, a comfortable double bed, a study area with a desk and chair, and ample storage, including a secure safe. Air conditioning keeps you comfortable all year, and your own television allows you to relax. The en-suite bathroom is convenient, and the shared kitchen, which is regularly cleaned, is a great place to cook, eat and bond with other students.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
