Our Premium 3 Bed Duplex Apartment, available in sizes ranging from 15.3m² to 22m², is ideal for friends looking to share the student experience. It boasts stylish interiors and fabulous fittings. Our three-bedroom duplexes include a premium room on the ground floor and two regular duplex rooms upstairs. For your convenience, there is a toilet on the ground floor and another on the upper floor, between the bedrooms. Watch your favourite show on your own television or challenge your flatmates to a game of pool in our on-site games room. When it’s time to meet deadlines, retreat to your private bedroom for a long study session before relaxing in our super-soft double beds. comes with air conditioning and a safe for added comfort and convenience! A communal kitchen is shared by 12 students in the complex and is a great place to hang out with your flatmates. It also receives professional cleaning on a regular basis.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
