Our Townhouse Room Plus provides a lively and social living environment, with 8 bedrooms spread across two floors, four on each, and sharing two bathrooms. The floors feature a large kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for relaxing or socialising. Each private bedroom is designed to be both comfortable and convenient, with room sizes ranging from 12-17.2m². You’ll have a double bed, a television, air conditioning, and a personal safe, as well as plenty of storage to keep your room light and uncluttered. The modern, stylish fittings provide the ideal backdrop for customising your room to your liking. Your dedicated workspace, complete with a desk and chair, provides a productive environment for focused study sessions. The shared kitchen is professionally cleaned on a regular basis, making communal living more convenient.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
