Our collaboration ensures that students can travel easily between their accommodation and campus, settle in quickly, and focus fully on their training.
Travel Support Options
To make commuting simple and affordable, students can benefit from one of the following travel incentives:
- Free Stagecoach Bus Pass – offering unlimited local travel for convenient daily journeys
or - Railcard plus £500 cashback – providing flexibility and savings for those commuting by train
Flexible Arrival Options
We understand that student schedules can vary, especially at the start of term. Early arrivals can be accommodated where needed. Any additional days can be added to your contract upon request, subject to availability.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
