The Vantage is a thoughtfully designed student residence just a short walk from Nottingham Train Station, with easy access to both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham.
Whether you choose a studio or a shared apartment, each space includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, and superfast Wi-Fi—ideal for studying, relaxing, or both. There’s plenty of room to make it your own.
Inside the building, you’ll find everything you need to balance work and downtime. There are two gyms, a sky lounge, private dining space, and a cinema room—as well as quiet study areas when you need to concentrate.
All bills are included, and with free laundry, 24/7 staff presence, and secure access throughout, you can get on with what matters without extra stress.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
