Our 12.4m² Classic en-suite rooms feature a comfortable bed, a large study desk, and an open clothes rail. Featuring large windows overlooking the courtyard, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi make this space both comfortable and functional. You’ll also have access to a communal kitchen and living space where you can socialise with your flatmates. These living spaces are shared by 9, 10, or 11 other people. Beyond your room, take advantage of Guilden Village’s amenities, which include a gym, a cinema room, and social study areas.

You should contact your site team in writing as soon as possible.

Our summer bookings are risk free until 31st May meaning if your plans change and you tell us before this date your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. After this date, bookings are cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given.

Whilst we cannot always guarantee the same room being available of the summer, we will do our best where possible to house you in either your current or new room. It simply depends on whether anyone else has occupied your room or if there is any maintenance work ongoing over the summer period.

New students(due to arrive in September 2026) are welcome to move in early and many do for a variety of reasons – this is subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Existing students are welcome to extend their stay with us through the summer – this is subject to availability but our team are happy to help.
